At one point around 3643 BBY,[2] an ancient frigate emerged, well-preserved by the vacuum of space but adrift and unresponsive, in the[1] Outer Rim Territories'[3] Kalki Nebula.[1]
An individual affiliated with one of the two sides in the ongoing struggle between the reconstituted Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic subsequently sent a companion to board the ship in order to discover its origin. Upon boarding the frigate, the companion concluded that may have been a trading vessel. The companion downloaded information from the navigation logs and retrieved some of the ship's preserved cargo.[1]
Behind the scenes
The frigate was mentioned in BioWare's 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic within the Crew Skill mission "A Forgotten Journey," though the information regarding the mission's outcome was later removed from the game.[1]
