A human individual was the crew chief during the Turlin/Benthic Extraction underwater mining operations on the planet Wadi Raffa. When the smuggler Has Obitt was hired by the Galactic Empire to deliver weapons to the job site as a means for the Empire to overtake the mining operations despite Wadi Raffa's status as a protected Legacy world, the chief met with Obitt. Although Obitt was unsure if she was in on the scheme, the chief arrived to meet Obitt with five other individuals to unload the containers of cargo that had been marked as pipe fittings on the official manifest.[1]
