Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Neimoidian served as the Trade Monarch, the ruler of the planet Neimoidia and its purse worlds, Cato, Koru and Deko Neimoidia. Lott Dod, senator of the Trade Federation, kept in contact with the Trade Monarch via holographic communications within his offices in the Galactic Senate Building.[1]
