Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This Sith nanny droid was a RO-series childcare and nanny droid that worked in Darth Sidious's secret facility on the planet Mustafar alongside RO-Z67, another Sith nanny droid. There, both droids tended to kidnapped Force-sensitive children who were to be raised and trained as part of Sidious's army of spies and assassins. Later, this Sith nanny droid was destroyed along with RO-Z67 when Sidious ordered the station's gravity supports to be deactivated when Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano raided the facility and successfully rescued the children, allowing the base to sink into the lava below.[2]
