A human individual flew for the Resistance as a pilot during the Cold War. At some point, the pilot was assigned on a mission to the planet Nar Kaaga to find a codebreaker being used by the First Order, but was shot down by the Banshee of Bestine moments after nearing the planet.[2]

According to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary, Poe Dameron joined the Resistance three years prior to the events of Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, which corresponds to 31 ABY by Star Wars: Timelines. As the New Republic is destroyed in The Force Awakens, the events must take place between these two events, meaning it must take place between 31 and 34 ABY.
