Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A human was the captain of the flagship of the Republic Defense Coalition Outreach Fleet. The fleet was traveling to the Outer Rim Territories and when a lieutenant informed the bearded human that duty assignments had been transmitted to the Outreach Fleet, the captain complimented their subordinate, declaring that the RDC would not failed the people of the Galactic Republic, even when the Jedi were running scared, then agreed with the declaration that "we are all the Republic". The ship that the captain was aboard was destroyed in hyperspace when it entered the Nihil's newly-erected Occlusion Zone by stormseeds.[2]
