A settlement existed on the Outer Rim planet Ragmar V during the Clone Wars around 19 BBY. Its population consisted of outcasts of various species, including Humans, Klatooinians, Bith, Rodians, Ithorians, Gamorreans, Jawas, Nuknogs, and Devaronians. The settlement's leader was a Human named Gaan.
