- "Dank farrik, I can't do this anymore! I lost everything! Please, I need to talk to someone."
"Alright, what's going on?"
"Where to begin. Moving here was a terrible mistake. This moon is a nightmare. I didn't know there was so much wind. All my stuff got wrecked. I should've just stayed on Corellia selling fake bacta suits..."
"Wait, fake bacta suits..."
"And then of course I had to shoot that officer! What was I thinking?"
"What were you thinking?"
"My life has taken a nose dive into an exogorth, pal. It's over."
"That's terrible. Maybe leave."
"My ship fell into a ravine. But thank you for listening." - ―Criminal Quarren to Kay Vess
A Quarren individual with light skin and blue eyes sold fake bacta suits while on Corellia before relocating to the Outer Rim moon Toshara[1] in 3 ABY.[2] Their partner reported them and they were forced to shoot an officer. After arriving on Toshara, their ship fell into a ravine preventing them from leaving the moon. They later went to the Daruda Diner in Tosharan town of Jaunta's Hope to drink away their troubles at the bar while wearing a tan jacket, black pants and tan boots.[1]
They were later approached by Kay Vess after they finished their boga noga. Needing to talk to someone the Quarren told Vess all about their troubles on the moon, including how much they hated the constant wind.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Quarren appeared in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. Their conversation was entirely optional and not related to any quest or mission for the game. The player has the option to pry or comfort the Quarren during the conversation which alters what information they choose to shared with the player. The game's subtitles identified the Quarren as simply "criminal".[1]
