A heavily modified Providence-class Dreadnought saw service in the Alliance to Restore the Republic, where it participated in a battle against Star Destroyers of the Imperial Navy alongside newer Mon Cala warships.[2]
Description
The vessel featured an extended stern with three engines on the starboard side and more on the port side unlike Clone Wars Era destroyers which had two[3] or three Creveld-4 radial ion drive engines.[4] In addition an orange paintjob was applied to one half, although not the bow which remained dark blue.[2]
Behind the scenes
The vessel resembles the Providence-class Dreadnought Rebel One, the Alliance Fleet command ship that served in the Disaster at Deepspace Besh, which appeared in the Star Wars: Rebellion comics as part of the Star Wars Legends continuity.[5]
