An OOM command battle droid was serving as a commander in the Separatist Droid Army during the Battle of Teth.[2]

Biography

During the Battle of Teth[2] in 22 BBY,[4] Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived on the planet with his Delta-7B Aethersprite starfighter and several V-19 Torrent starfighters. Following this, separatist leader Asajj Ventress made a hologram transmission to the command battle droid, telling them that Kenobi's ships had arrived and that the commander was responsible for holding them off until she finished her mission. The droid then ordered a group of Vulture droids to be launched so they could fight the approaching enemy ships.[2]

Personality and traits

While loyal to Ventress, this droid showed confusion around how to refer to her due to her gender, quickly deliberating between "sir"[2], a traditionally masculine honorific often used as a gender neutral term in the military[5][6], and "maam", its more feminine counterpart.[2]
