During the Battle of Teth, this OOM command battle droid had been assigned to take out the remaining Clone Troopers by Asajj Ventress as well as seal the main gate and portals to ensure no one escaped from the castle. The droid complied with the order, but was destroyed by Clone Captain CT-7567 after he shot the droid with his DC-17 hand blaster. After shooting the droid, Ventress snatched the gun out of Rex's hand.
