"Huh? What are you doing here? Where's the Cloud-leader?"
―The droid, to Ty Yorrick[2]

A droid served in a Cloud within the Nihil marauder organization during the High Republic Era. In 228 BBY, the Cloud kidnapped several Force-sensitive children from a small settlement on the planet Temerancé in the Occlusion Zone, which led the inhabitants of the settlement to request assistance from the Tholothian monster hunter Ty Yorrick to rescue their children.

Agreeing to assist, Yorrick encountered the Cloud at the Osler community on Temerancé and fought the Nihil, with the Nihil retreating onboard a starship. Breaching the starship as it departed, Yorrick successfully found the children and led them to the cockpit of the ship, which contained the droid piloting the starship. Shocked at Yorrick's arrival, the droid proceeded to question the monster hunter, only to be blasted in the chest by Yorrick.

The droid being shot in the chest by Ty Yorrick.

During the High Republic Era, a droid served as part of a Cloud that operated within the Nihil marauder organization.[2] In 228 BBY,[1] a settlement on the planet Temerancé, which was located in Nihil-inhabited space known as the Occlusion Zone, was raided by the Cloud, who abducted several Force-sensitive children from their homes. After the event, members of the settlement asked for aid from the Tholothian monster hunter Ty Yorrick to rescue their young ones, with Yorrick accepting their pleas. Traveling to the Osler community close to the settlement, Yorrick engaged in combat with the Nihil, which prompted them to retreat in a starship. The ship, which was piloted by the droid, attempted to depart before Yorrick came aboard, but was unable to do so.[2]

Yorrick continued to fight the pirates on the ship until the children were protected by her. Yorrick advanced to the cockpit with the children while holding one exhausted child in her arms and stumbled upon the droid piloting the starship. The droid looked at Yorrick and asked who she was and where the Cloud leader was, only for a stern Yorrick to blast the droid in the chest and inform the screeching droid the leader could not come to the comms at that time. As Yorrick placed the child in her arms down on a seat, a Duros child remarked that Yorrick had shot the droid, which led the Tholothian to confirm their statement. Looking at the smoking droid, a human child added that the droid had been piloting the ship, with Yorrick noting she had wondered if the children would notice that. The ship proceeded to plummet and crashed into the ground outside the settlement, with Yorrick leaving the wreckage and informing three citizens about the children alive in the starship.[2]

Characteristics

"Aieeeeee—"
―The droid, after being shot by Ty Yorrick[2]

The droid had gray plating with three red sensors varying in size on their face, along with five legs and two arms that were equipped with several digits. They also had the Eye of the Nihil insignia imprinted on their back. The droid was capable of flying and maintaining a starship, and was able to do so while looking elsewhere. When met with an individual that was not Nihil, the droid questioned how they got into the starship and where their superior was.[2]
