A Neimoidian guard was on board the Trade Federation Droid Control Ship in the Blockade of Pantora. He was responsible for guarding the prison. Initially, he stopped Ahsoka Tano and the Pantoran senator Riyo Chuchi from passing. Tano used a mind trick and the guard let her pass. He then stopped the senator so Ahsoka used another mind trick and they both progressed into the prison.
