- ―The prison commander
A human male prison commander was an Imperial officer in the Imperial Prison Complex on Narkina 5. He controlled numerous aspects of a Imperial factory facility in the prison complex including the PA system and the hydroelectric power plants, and was also in command of two technicians who controlled other aspects of the prison. During the uprising on Narkina 5, he was forced at gunpoint by Cassian Andor and Kino Loy to disable the hydroelectric power plants.[1]
Behind the scenes
The prison commander first appeared through his voice in eighth episode of the first season of the live-action series Star Wars: Andor, "Narkina 5," where he was credited as "Voice of God."[3] He physically appeared in "One Way Out."[1] He was portrayed by Martin Ware, the casting director of Andor.
