An individual was a male Moff of the Sith Empire living during the Galactic War. Around 3643 BBY he began seeing a Twi'lek girl named Tivva. Due to the difference in their ages, Tivva's sister Vette was highly disgusted by their relationship.[1]

Behind the scenes

The unidentified Moff is mentioned in Star Wars: The Old Republic during Vette's companion mission.[1]
