This unknown male with a wispy-beard was an Adumari who served as the Minister of Cognitive Machinery for the nation of Cartann on the planet Adumar.[1]

During Red Flight's—a New Republic starfighter group—diplomatic visit to Adumar, the minister went to one of the events hosted by the Cartann perator, Pekaelic ke Teldan. The minister was accompanied by Iella Wessiri, a New Republic Intelligence Service agent, who at that time was working undercover. He took great delight in introducing her to General Wedge Antilles, one of the pilots from Red Flight.[1]
