Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Kanjiklub chief obtained the Smuggler's Guide from lieutenant Razoo Qin-Fee. However, the Smuggler's Guide was stolen from the chief by the Master Codebreaker in the middle of negotiations for the domination of Rim territories on Cantonica.[1]
