The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Jedi scout, whose name was lost to history, used Force-assisted hyperspace navigation to discover the remote planet Ilum thousands of years before the Battle of Yavin. The scout reported Ilum as a great resonance, but did not find any sentient life or ruins on the planet. However, unbeknownst to the scout, Ilum was rich with kyber crystals, used to construct Jedi lightsabers.[1]
