Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An Imperial captain commanded a scout vessel during the Galactic Civil War. The captain's vessel ambushed a lone T-65 X-wing starfighter piloted by Rebel General Lens Reekeene, eventually defeating and capturing her. However, the scout ship was damaged, forcing the captain to take his prisoner to the garrison on Flankers. The garrison had recently been evacuated due to the system's star going supernova. While waiting for a relief force to rescue them, the captain and his men were attacked by a Rebel force intent on rescuing Reekeene.[1]
