A human individual served as an Imperial officer during the reign of the Galactic Empire.[1] Between around 8 BBY and 2 BBY,[2] the officer was present at the Imperial Impound Facility on[1] the planet[3] Iakar at the time the criminal Corbus Tyra, the bounty hunter Greedo, and the crew of Khel Tanna infiltrated the facility to recover the Millennium Falcon, which had been impounded there. Greedo spoke with the officer and demanded his ship back, though he did so in Huttese and then Rodian which the officer did not speak, and therefore did not understand the Rodian. A stormtrooper then arrived and asked if there was a problem, to which Greedo replied in basic there was, and the officer pointed out in frustration that now Greedo spoke basic. Another officer, secretly Tyra in disguise, appeared and asked what was going on. The officer responded that the Rodian had been causing a ruckus, and Tyra simply told the officer to get him out. Greedo was escorted to a door by a stormtrooper, but when they reached it, an explosion went off. The officer declared that the facility was under attack, and saw an officer, the disguised bounty hunter T'onga, accessing a terminal. Believing T'onga to be the aide of Tyra, the officer questioned him what his aide was doing. Tyra informed the officer that she was locking down the facility. Confused, the officer stated that locking down the facility was not procedure, to which Tyra replied that as the ranking officer he determined procedure, and added that he may do the officer the courtesy of forgetting their apparent insubordination. Not long later, Tyra, Greedo, T'onga and the rest of Tanna's crew escaped the facility with the Falcon.[1]
