Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An Imperial faction was one of several Imperial Remnants located in the Deco Straits. The faction was attempting to recruit the famed slicer Dellen Aphra since the Battle of Jakku, but sent bounty hunters to kidnap her after multiple refusals.[1]
