A human[1] woman[2] was an employee of the Imperial Bureau of Standards, working at its field office on the planet Ghorman in 3 BBY.[1] They were at the field office when the Imperial Security Bureau conducted a search for listening device in the office. Following the search, they offered to back up the transport schedules for Syril Karn, the office's Division Chief so he could make his flight to Coruscant. But Karn instead asked them to get the audit the office was conducting back on track. They had tan skin, brown eyes and black hair. While working at the field office they wore a dark grey vest over a grey high collared shirt with matching dark grey pants and a black tie.[3]

Behind the scenes

The employee appeared in the second season of the live-action series Star Wars: Andor, first appearing in the series's fourth episode, "Ever Been to Ghorman?," which was released on Disney+[1] on April 29, 2025.[4] The employee was portrayed by Anushka Chakravarti and was listed in the series' credits as simply "BOS #1".[1]
