"Concentrate fire on Sector 11374265!"
"1137… What was that again?"
"Just fire right there!"
―The sergeant and his commander — 20?cb=20250116042720 ▶️ (file info)[2]

A B1-series battle droid served as a sergeant in the Confederacy of Independent Systems' droid army during the Clone Wars.[2] In 22 BBY,[1] the battle droid was stationed at the B'omarr Order Monastery on the planet Teth, inside which the Separatists held Rotta, the son of the crime lord Jabba the Hutt. Forces of the Galactic Republic visited Teth to rescue Rotta, and the sergeant spotted the approaching Republic transports, reporting the arrival to his OOM commander. The OOM command battle droid ordered the sergeant to fire on Sector 11374265, leading the sergeant to become confused by the complicated order. As the Republic forces approached the base of the cliff below the droids, the sergeant leaned over the edge in an attempt to locate them, but leaned too far, falling over the edge. The sergeant was destroyed after they hit the ground, and their commanding officer ordered him to return.[2]

  1. 1.0 1.1 The Star Wars: The Clone Wars film shows that the Battle of Teth takes place after the Battle of Christophsis, while StarWars.com Star Wars: The Clone Wars Chronological Episode Order on StarWars.com (backup link) establishes that the film is set prior to the episode "Supply Lines." As Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates both the Battle of Christophsis and the outbreak of the Battle of Ryloth, as seen in "Supply Lines," to 22 BBY, the Battle of Teth, during which the battle droid sergeant is destroyed, must be set in that same year.
