A B1-series battle droid was stationed in the planet of Rodia during the subsequent apprehension of Senator Padmé Amidala and served under command of Nute Gunray.

History

In 22 BBY, this battle droid along with a squad of droids accompanied viceroy Nute Gunray to the planet of Rodia on his Sheathipede-class transport shuttle, the Lapiz Cutter. After they arrived on the planet, this droid went to the detention tower to check on the captor senator, but discovered that she had escaped and taken out her droid guards, and reported the incident to Gunray. This droid was later destroyed along with the rest of the battle droid squad by senator Amidala.
