Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A 2-1B surgical droid was present at the Grand Republic Medical Facility with a DD-13 medical assistant droid, FX-6,[1] and another FX-9 surgical assistant.[4] The droids helped rebuild the body of Darth Vader following his defeat at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar[1] in 19 BBY.[5] The three droids were later moved to Fortress Vader on Mustafar.[3]
