Ul-Modo was a male Cerean, who worked for the Cularin Militia during the waning years of the Galactic Republic.
Biography
During the Clone Wars, Ul-Modo attended a conference that was held in the Forard Civic Center on the planet Almas, to discuss a recent attempt to crash a comet into Almas. Ul-Modo was chosen to moderate the discussion and during the conference, he asked the Heroes of Cularin who they believed was behind the launch of the comet.
