Ugan was a Human male who served as the captain of an Imperial Detainer CC-2200 Interdictor Cruiser that served in the Battle of Kashyyyk over Kachirho. In 19 BBY, he was killed when a Recusant-class light destroyer rammed into his ship on a suicide run.
