An ufflor officer was a high-ranking member of an Ugnaught tribe elected by the members of the tribe to represent their people in the Parliament of Guilds on Cloud City.[1] Ugnor was appointed Ufflor of Ufflors to speak as a single voice for the Irden, Botrut, and Isced tribes.[2] Working with Baron Ecclessis Figg, Ugnor and the ufflors started the Ugnaught Mechanics Union.[3]
