"You see something you want, like, a fusion battery or… oh, oh, oh, oh! A jar of tuanulberry juice, that is way over there, on the other side of the room, you and me, we'd have to get up and trudge all the way over to get it. But not the Jedi. Oh, no. With a flick of their hand, the battery or jar would life straight into the air and float over to them. Just like that."

Tuanulberry juice was a type of juice made from tuanulberries,[1] a type of edible fruit that grew on bushes on the planet Jakku.[2] Between 34 ABY and 35 ABY[3] on Jakku, the Dai's Cafe worker Leesa Chaffni described to patron Naldri Zuvio how members of the Jedi Order used the Force to lift objects by using a hypothetical jar of tuanulberry juice as an example of something they would be able to lift. Chaffni then brought up the jar again when discussing the training of the Jedi Rey, claiming that the jar would be much easier to lift then the rocks that Rey had to levitate.[1]

Behind the scenes

Tuanulberry juice was mentioned in The Jaws of Jakku, a 2025 audio book written by Cavan Scott and narrated by Helen Sadler.[1]
