Tru Veld was a Force-sensitive individual who served as a Jedi of the Jedi Order by the time of its destruction[1] in 19 BBY.[2] At one point, they were involved in an incident at the reflecting pond within the Jedi Temple on[1] the Core Worlds planet[3] Coruscant that included fireworks. According to[1] eventual Jedi Master[3] Obi-Wan Kenobi, the incident caused[1] Grand Master[3] Yoda to crack.[1] In 3 ABY,[4] as Yoda began to grow frustrated with the Jedi-in-training Luke Skywalker while on[1] the Outer Rim[3] planet Dagobah, Kenobi mentally recalled the incident with Veld, noting it was the only instance that he could remember where Yoda had displayed a similar reaction.[1]
