Tran was a Human male who served as captain of the Imperial prison ship True Justice.
Biography
By 18 BBY, Captain Tran was stationed onboard the True Justice in the Penumbra spaceport where he awaited a three-person legal team - Judge Bellican, Attorney Tomay Alcorn, and Paralegal Sam Weller - for sentencing of the first two prisoners. His first officer Dicken led them to him. He insisted on starting the trial immediately, at which he and Dicken served as official witnesses. Little did he know, however, that former Jedi Solace, Trever Flume, and Bothan Oryon posed as these lawyers to free the prisoners and take control of the ship. When the trial began, he was outraged that the judge gave the defendants rights that were not intended for a quick trial. After the accused were acquitted, Tran could no longer hold back. He and Dicken were taken into custody by the judge and taken away by security forces. He was later dropped off at a spaceport with the rest of the crew after they lost control of the ship.
