Toybox was the nickname of a Human male from Balmorra who made electric toys before he was pressed into service as a technical expert by the Sith Empire. On the orders of Fixer 66, he sabotaged comm units in order to kill any resistance members who tried to scavenge them from corpses on the battlefield.
