Fixer 66 was the codename of a Human male who held the rank of Fixer in the reconstituted Sith Empire's Imperial Intelligence during the Cold War. Stationed on the planet Balmorra, he monitored resistance communications in the Markaran Plains, and developed a plan to booby-trap comm devices so that they would explode at the resistance's bases when salvaged from corpses. He recruited the technical expert known as Toybox to carry out the plan.[1]
