Tom Pollock worked as director George Lucas's lawyer in negotiation to make the 1977 original trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. Pollock and Jeff Berg, Lucas's agent, met with 20th Century Fox's head of business affairs, Bill Immerman, in August 1974 to negotiate a contract.[1]
