Bill Immerman worked as the head of business affiars at 20th Century Fox during negotiations to make the 1977 original trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. Director George Lucas's agent, Jeff Berg, and his lawyer, Tom Pollock, met with Immerman in August 1974 to negotiate a contract.[1]
