Tol Amn was a murky, stormy planet that was located within the star system of the same name, in the Hutt Space region of the galaxy. The planet lay on the hyperlane called the Oktos Route that connected it both to the planet Toydaria and the hyperspace route known as the Trax Tube.[1]
Tol Amn was used by members of the Hutt species for foodstuff production, with serfs of various species being employed to that end.[1] The hyperwave signal interceptors at the Galactic Empire's Oktos Zone Imperial Outpost on Toydaria could monitor lightspeed activity at Tol Amn.[2]
Behind the scenes
Tol Amn was first mentioned in The Essential Atlas, a 2009 reference book co-authored by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace, which placed the planet in grid square R-11.[1]
