The program

The title of this article is a nickname, call sign, or alias. This article is about a subject that has not been identified with an official name and is known only by a nickname, call sign, or alias.

"The program" was the informal name of an experiment started by Melen Toobo, the head of the Coruscant Wildlife Management Department, to domesticate Coruscani ogres using lobotomies and cybernetic implants. After several months, the program was able to create a partial success with an ogre nicknamed "Friendly." However, when other ogres were put through the same process, they became violent and uncontrollable. After this the program was halted, although it was restarted under the Galactic Empire.^[1]
