Around 20 BBY, during the Clone Wars, the nest was used as base of operations by the Onderon rebels. The king of Onderon, Ramsis Dendup, was hidden in the nest from the Confederacy of Independent Systems, which had invaded the planet. The nest was later attacked by a droid gunship and several commando droids.
