The War Phoenix was a painting of an X-wing. It was given out by Jag Silon to members of the Galactic Vacant Building Demolishing Movement at the Lucky Despot cantina.
Behind the scenes
This painting is a reward for players of Star Wars Galaxies that participated in the house packup events in 2007 and 2009. It was made a shared non-tradeable item by game update 10, although a tradeable version can be acquired via the rare loot system.
