"The Price of Power" is a short story published in the developer blog for Star Wars: The Old Republic on February 5, 2015. Unlike "Bedtime on Concordia" and "One Night in the Dealer's Den," two stories that directly preceded and followed it, "The Price of Power" is not related to the events of the Star Wars: The Old Republic: Shadow of Revan expansion and instead serves as a prelude to the Balmorra world arc of the original game.
