The Hammers were a local criminal organization on the planet Thorum. They were considered small time by Crimson Dawn and mostly busted unions and blackmailed local politicians. When it was discovered that they had been making deals in the Karthakk sector which was Crimson Dawn territory, an operation was put together to identify the leaders and eliminate them.^[1]
