The nose of this gunship was customized with a painting of a clone trooper's armored foot squashing a Geonosian, and the vessel's name written in Aurebesh.^[5]

History

The Bug Stomper was used in the Second Battle of Geonosis of the Clone Wars. It was the Low Altitude Assault Transport used by Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Commander Cody and his troops to go to the Progate Temple in search of Luminara Unduli.^[5]

Behind the scenes

Like many other references to the 1986 movie Aliens present in the "Legacy of Terror" episode, Bug Stomper was also the name of the Colonial Marines' dropship in that film.
