- "I dunno what everyone's talking about. It's nothing but more Thaereian plots. See, I told you all along! I told you about them, but did people listen? No! And now look at where we are. This is just a way for Thaere to mess with everyone inside Cularin. Nobody remembers that whole destabilization doc that got posted a while back? Huh? Look how it's wrote. It's like, it could be anybody who does anything in Cularin. It's all part of the Thaereian plan, and you're all falling for it. Not me! Never me! Losers!"
- ―tharestinx, posting on the Cularin holonet node regarding the decrypted message shared by mstrslcr
An individual used the handle tharestinx as a user ID on the Cularin holonet node during the Clone Wars. Around the time of Operation False Horizon, thaerestinx participated in a discussion on a Cularin holonet node forum regarding evidence shared by the slicer Tiny.f of a Thaereian military plot to cause social and economic disruption in the Cularin system. During the discussion, the user criticized the slicer wampa1 and also responded to a post by Westa Impeveri,[2] a counselor from the city Hedrett on the planet Cularin.[3]
Sometime later, tharestinx contributed to a discussion on the Cularin holonet node regarding an intercepted message distributed by the user mstrslcr which some interpreted as a Jedi report advocating for overhaul of the operation of the Almas Academy[1] a Jedi academy on the planet Almas.[3]. Unconvinced that the report was Jedi in origin, tharestinx judged the message to be a hoax that had been perpetuated by the Thaereian military.[1].
Another time, a story was posted on the Cularin holonet node depicting an individual named "Nightwing" in the Thaereian military, whom many identified as Osten Dal'Nay, a high-profile Thaereian military defector, killing his superior officer, Kulkis. Tharestinx saw no evidence that the story had been leaked as part of a Thaereian military conspiracy.[4]
