Terminal 24 was an entrance from an underworld portal into Level 1313.
History
After capturing Ahsoka Tano in the Coruscant underworld, Asajj Ventress brought her to terminal 24, and Tano convinced Ventress to help her. The pair was spotted by Anakin Skywalker, who was coming to land at terminal 24 with a squad of clone troopers on two Republic police gunships. Anakin jumped off his gunship and onto the landing platform, but Ventress activated the ray shield between the terminal and the rest of Level 1313, enabling herself and Tano to escape.
