• I'd suggest changing the order around on this template so that link to the Wookieepedia article comes first with the link to the Wizards site in brackets. This gives priority to us over them. --Eyrezer 00:50, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
    • That'd be good, but it was done this way because there's always an external link but we don't have articles on all of them. Green Tentacle (Talk) 08:50, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
      • What's a few redlinks between friends! :p --Eyrezer 09:35, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
        • I concur with Eyrezer. We won't notice we *need* those articles if the redlinks aren't there to remind us. jSarek 09:51, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
          • Anyone know how to change the code? --Eyrezer 11:05, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
            • It's not quite as simple as a few redlinks. Since the internal link is currently optional, if I swap them round there won't be a redlink, there just won't be any link at all. Somebody would need to go through and add the int field to create the redlinks first. Even then, when we have an article on the Wizards article (like Arms & Equipment Guide Extras!) we are using this template to link back to the original and wouldn't want an internal link at all. If you want to change this, I could possibly make it so that, if you specify an internal link you get WizardsCoastsmall Arms & Equipment Guide Extras! on Wizards.com (article), otherwise you get WizardsCoastsmall Arms & Equipment Guide Extras! on Wizards.com. • I've checked and there are around 350 uses of the Wizards template. I'm happy to go through and make sure they all have the internal link. As to the use on the RPG article pages themselves, I hadn't thought of that, but your solution would work well. If you can implement it, I'll begin checking the template uses. --Eyrezer 05:54, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
    • Except I don't think we want to encourage the template to be used without the internal link other than on the RPG article page itself. Perhaps a second template for those pages? Or would that be overkill? --Eyrezer 06:17, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
      • That would make it easier to spot when it was incorrectly used. Green Tentacle (Talk) 09:21, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
        • Ok, as of now, all Wizards templates should have an internal link, except for those on pages for the RPG itself. Time to switch over! --Eyrezer 00:35, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
  • One last thing before we go changing it. {{Hyperspace}} now works in the same way, so should we split that one too? Green Tentacle (Talk) 09:33, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
    • Lol, it probably should, but perhaps someone else can go through and change the ~500 links! --Eyrezer 00:45, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
  • This template doesn't work when I tried using it on Gotal. Perhaps someone who understands its workings better can fix that. —Silly Dan (talk) 00:49, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
    • In what way? It seems to be working fine. Looking at the history logs, I see the problem: there was a line break in the title name. I'll fix it. --Eyrezer 01:10, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
