Dining at Dex's on Hyperspace (article) (content obsolete and backup link not available) is presented as an in-universe menu of Dex's Diner. Jedi Quest: Path to Truth depicts Didi Oddo as still being the owner of Didi's Café, which came under the ownership of Dexter Jettster per Jedi Quest: The Trail of the Jedi and was renamed Dex's Diner per "Dining at Dex's." Furthermore, the diner had been destroyed by the Galactic Empire by the time of the events of The Last of the Jedi: Underworld. The Essential Reader's Companion dates the events of Path to Truth and Underworld to 28 BBY and 18 BBY, respectively, thereby "Dining at Dex's" must be set at some point between those two years as well.
