Tel Bollin City Hall was the city hall of Tel Bollin, a city and the only major settlement of the planet Endregaad. The building was located in the center of Tel Bollin, near to the Miners' Guildhall, a hub for Endregaad's geode miners.[1]
During the era of the New Republic,[2] the Human Lyssa Torel held a low-level bureaucratic position at City Hall. When a deadly plague struck Endregaad[1] in 19 ABY,[2] the government of Endregaad collapsed, and City Hall was largely abandoned. Torel remained hidden in one of the building's offices, surviving the crisis by living off food supplies left behind by her former colleagues.[1]
