- ―Tee Va
Tee Va was a male Moogan smuggler who smuggled tea into the New Mandalorian capital city of Sundari on Mandalore during the Clone Wars.
Biography
Dealings on Mandalore
Because of Mandalore's neutrality, the planet was cut off from the rest of the galaxy, and had to call on smugglers for supplies, a call that Tee Va accepted.[1]
He and his subordinates smuggled various goods to the planet, easily bribing corrupt customs officials, police and various other people in order to move about freely with his business. Among the goods Tee Va provided was Ardees Beverage tea. He added slabin to the tea to dilute it in order to make twice as much of it, and thus make twice the profit. However, this made the drinks poisonous and many children fell ill from drinking the tea. Senator Padmé Amidala and the Duchess of Mandalore Satine Kryze tracked Tee Va and his minions to the docks and put down his operation. After a firefight, he and several accomplices were taken into custody.[1]
Zygerria
Later in the War, Tee Va was still active and free of Mandalorian custody. He eventually found his way to Zygerria and checked out what the Zygerrian slave market offered in terms of slaves. After that he participated in the Slave Auction held by Queen Miraj Scintel where he stood on a balcony with InterGalactic Banking Clan representative Nix Card.[2]
Return to Mandalore
In 20 BBY,[3] Va returned to Mandalore, now under the control of the Shadow Collective, to continue smuggling, ordering other Moogans to move crates as Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived aboard the freighter Twilight. Va briefly looked over when there was scuffling aboard the freighter, but quickly turned back and continued to move the shipping containers.[4]
Personality and traits
Tee Va was a Moogan male smuggler, had yellow eyes and green skin. Va desired increased profits and therefore he sold contraband goods on Mandalore. His sly tactics enabled him to dilute tea with high levels of slabin.[1]
Equipment
Tee Va utilized a Weequay blaster pistol in combat.[1] Va's clothing included a golden metallic headdress.[5]
Behind the scenes
Tee Va was voiced by actor Dee Bradley Baker,[5] who also voices the clone troopers in the series.[6]
