Veris Hydan's teapot
A teapot[2] was a vessel used for serving tea. Once, when Padmé Amidala visited her parents, they had a steaming teapot and a tray of sandwiches ready for their daughter's visit.[3] During the Battle of Christophsis, Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi met with General Whorm Loathsom under the pretense of surrendering. When Kenobi requested refreshments, Loathsom ordered his LEP service droid to bring them something liquid, whereupon the LEP droid brought a large teapot and poured them both a cup of tarine tea.[1] After the war, Imperial Senator Riyo Chuchi used a teapot to pour tea for herself, Captain Rex and Avi Singh during a secret meeting on Pantora.[4] During the Galactic Civil War, Minister Veris Hydan used a smaller teapot to pour a cup of tea for himself while interrogating rebel Sabine Wren at the excavation camp outside the Lothal Jedi Temple.[5]
