Te Padka was a faith that influenced Maridun pacifism for centuries.[1] Tee Watt Kaa, the founder and leader of Lurmen colony on Maridun was a passionate believer in Te Padka's peaceful way of thinking. He refused to fight, even in defense, believing that war corrupts and destroys everything it touches.[2] Kaa's beliefs almost destroyed his village in the Defense of Maridun. However, his son Wag Too abandoned it and joined Jedi Master Aayla Secura, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, Padawan Ahsoka Tano, Clone Captain CT-7567, and Clone Commander CC-5052 in defending Maridun from Lok Durd, a Neimoidian general of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and in doing so, saved his people.[3]
